The late window

Most of the city
is closed by now.

The three hours between nine and midnight are the ones that matter in New York. Dinner has ended. The show let out. Your shift finished. Everything else has pulled its gate down.

That's the window this shop keeps open, seven nights a week. No wait, no lines, just vibes — their words, printed on the sign, and the late hour is what makes it true.

Getting here

However you're
crossing town.

We'd rather hand you live directions than a list that goes stale. Open the address in Maps and let it route you from wherever you are, on whatever you're travelling by.

On foot

NoMad is a walking neighborhood. If you're already in the twenties, you're close — head for East 25th Street and watch the sidewalk for the blue A-frame.

By train or bus

Rather than print routes that change, we point you at live transit directions, which will account for whatever the MTA is doing tonight.

Live transit directions

By car or cab

Give the driver 122 East 25th Street. Parking is one of the amenities on site — see the next section — and curbside pickup exists for the nights it's easier to stay in the car.

Not travelling at all

Delivery is available and the full menu is online. You can do the whole thing from the sofa if that's the evening you're having.

Parking is
on the list.

Parking is one of the on-site amenities the shop lists, alongside delivery, curbside pickup and online ordering.

Manhattan being Manhattan, we'd rather you call ahead than circle the block on faith. One phone call tells you exactly what's available the night you're coming — and if the answer isn't what you want, curbside pickup and delivery are both on the table.

Call about parking
Everyone through the door

Wheelchair accessible.
Dogs welcome.

Two things worth knowing before you make the trip, because both change whether the trip happens at all.

Wheelchair accessible

The shop is listed as wheelchair accessible. If there's a specific question about the route from the sidewalk to the back room, call ahead and someone will walk you through it honestly rather than guess.

Ask about access

Pet-friendly

Your dog is welcome inside. Worth noting for anyone who's ever tied a leash to a parking sign in February and shopped at speed.

Keep it away from them, though

Pet-friendly means pets in the room, not pets in the product. Every cannabis product goes home sealed and stays well out of reach of children and animals.

If in doubt, call

The number reaches the shop. It's a faster and more accurate answer than anything a website can promise you in advance.

(917) 970-0440
Paying

Cash, debit, ACH —
and an ATM inside.

Cannabis retail has a reputation for being cash-only and awkward about it. This isn't that.

Cash

Always works, always fastest. If you like arriving with the number already settled, this is the one.

Debit

Accepted at the counter. Bring the card you actually use.

ACH payment

Straight from your bank account, super fast and easy, and your account is remembered securely for your next visit.

ATM on site

There's a machine inside, so a cash-only moment never turns into a walk around the block hunting for one.

Delivery

Or we come
to you.

Delivery service is available — it's advertised on the sign out front, not an internet rumor.

Curbside pickup

Stay in the car.

Curbside pickup is one of the services on offer — for the nights when double-parking on 25th is the whole problem.

It's the right call when there's a driver waiting, a dog in the back, weather doing something unreasonable, or you simply want the thing you already chose without the browsing. Ring the number and the team will tell you exactly how they run it and what they need before you set off.

The CBD studio
came first.

Blue Forest Farms began in Colorado hemp fields in 2017, building its own CBD line long before there was a dispensary behind it. That work moved to New York in 2022, and the dispensary opened in 2024.

If you're not here for the licensed side — no adult-use menu, a separate shelf entirely — the front of the building is where you want to be. Same address, same people, different shop.

1 · Valid ID, 21 or over

This is a licensed adult-use dispensary in New York State. ID gets checked at reception every visit, including delivery at your doorstep.

2 · Head for the back

Front of the building is the CBD studio. The adult-use room is behind it. Nobody minds you asking which way — everyone asks the first time.

3 · Ask for a hand

The staff know the shelf, and the shelf is deliberately curated. Say what you want the evening to feel like and let them narrow it down.

4 · Pay how you like

Asked and answered

The questions
the phone keeps ringing with.

What are your hours?
9:00 AM to 12:00 AM, every day of the week. Monday through Sunday, no different hours for weekends.
Where exactly is the dispensary entrance?
122 E 25th St, New York, NY 10010. One address, two doors: the Blue Forest Farms CBD studio is at the front, and the licensed adult-use dispensary is the door at the back. Walk through and keep going.
Do I need to be 21?
Yes. This is a New York licensed adult-use dispensary, so it's 21 and over with valid ID — in the shop and at the door for delivery.
Do you deliver?
Delivery service is available. Call (917) 970-0440 and the team will explain how it runs and what they need from you.
Can I order online and pick it up?
Yes — the full live menu is at bffdispensary.com/menu, and curbside pickup is one of the services offered. Call the shop to arrange curbside.
What can I pay with?
Cash, debit and ACH bank payments are all accepted, and there's an ATM on site if you'd rather pay in cash.
Is there parking?
Parking is listed among the on-site amenities. Because it's Manhattan, call ahead on the day if you're driving — one phone call beats circling the block.
Is the shop wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the shop is wheelchair accessible. For a specific question about getting from the sidewalk to the back room, call and someone will tell you exactly what to expect.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes — the shop is pet-friendly. Cannabis products go home sealed and should be kept away from pets and children.
Do you sell CBD as well?
Yes. There's a CBD category on the dispensary menu, and the Blue Forest Farms CBD studio — the original business, running since 2017 — is the front door of the same building.
How do I reach a person, not a form?
Call (917) 970-0440, email info@bffdispensary.com, or send a DM to @bffdispensary on Instagram. Any of the three reaches us.
